Mission: Our mission is to empower skilled professionals displaced by conflict to relocate to the USA and rebuild their careers. Brain Drain Unlimited Foundation provides free, step‑by‑step immigration assistance, career guidance, and community connections. We help talented, conflict-displaced professionals restart their lives and contribute their skills to American innovation. We believe that helping conflict‑displaced STEM, healthcare, and business professionals relocate benefits everyone – applicants gain stability and purpose, U.S. employers fill critical skills shortages, volunteers share expertise to support resettlement, and donors invest in proven economic growth. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we offer legal visa guidance (EB‑1, EB‑2 NIW, O‑1), credential evaluation, job placement support, and other services to participants. Since launching in 2022, we’ve partnered with immigration attorneys, employers, and local organizations to ensure each applicant receives personalized support – from eligibility screening through successful employment placement.
