Programs: Education and career development. Power hour is a comprehensive tutoring program. Club tech teaches club members practical computing and research skills. Career prep educates children about career opportunities and provides skills necessary for teens to enter the workforce. Approximately 6,000 youth served.

Youth of the year is a recognition program that celebrates club members service. The yes zone collaborative coordinates the efforts of several lorain county organizations serving youth to provide a consistent effort for the overall development of young people.
