Realizing the 1 review is from 2013, I was still sorry to hear about the person who had a problem at the Boys & Girls Club of San Fernando Valley. We have been serving the San Fernando Valley successfully for over 49 years and currently have a membership of 2500 youth. We are one of the oldest and largest full service youth agencies in the Northeast San Fernando Valley.
Knowing how important customer service is, I would like to extend an apology to the individual and would be more than happy to discuss what actually happened and ideally address whatever the problem was and come up with a resolution. Our number one priority, is our youth. We strive very hard to provide a safe place the engages youth in positive activities supported by trained and caring staff. Customer service is very important, so should this individual see this review I would like to invite you back; we seek to improve what we do and offer every day.
Yes, I am leaving a review because not only do I work at the Club and know how difficult it is to fund raise and do what we do at a minimal cost to our member's families, but I grew up in the Club and benefited from its many services and programs.
