Every year The Set For Success Program gives all school supplies and backpacks to all the children in the Boothbay Region Elementary School. They make sure every child has what they need to start of the school year successfully. The Boothbay Region Community Resource Council has many other programs to help our community such as Food for Thought and The Community Garden to make sure all the local children have the food they need all year. They give fuel assistance to those in need and also have the Woodchucks that deliver wood to heat homes as well. They offer addiction services to help our community members struggling with addiction. I can't say how lucky we are to have the group of people in our community who started this wonderful nonprofit. They do so much for so many. Thank you!

Causes: Public & Societal Benefit
Mission: The primary purpose of this organization is to bring heating, food, monetary, and housing assistance to low income individuals and families providing a community navigator to help guide these families to other available assistance and helping with the necessary paperwork. The community navigation also provides guidance towards self-sufficiency.
Programs: Providing help to low income individuals and families with finding available housing, heat, food, etc. Assistance helping fill out applications for said assistance. 326 people were provided assistance under the community navigator program in 2017.
