Not upfront about charges or time class will take. The 1 star is for Sarah she’s the only good part of the company. They have people not computer literate doing clerical work. A 15 min job takes 2 hours. It’s a 3 step program it will not be done in 2 days by any means. The fee also you will have to do an abuse counseling in addition at your expense. They need to be more upfront and honest.
