I joined Blueprint over 4 years ago and it has been a blessing to my life. The Blueprint community is full of support and compassion. Over the years, I have had many ups and downs but this choir has always stood by me with love and understanding.
The organization includes everyone who wishes to sing and perform. No matter what level you are in your singing journey, Blueprint helps you grow and learn. They make you feel welcome and important. The best part, they bring music to the community for free.

This organization is fantastic for musicians of all ages. From children to adults, Blueprint provides an outlet for singers to further their musical interests in a very welcoming setting. In addition, they provide multiple levels of commitment, allowing members to choose a casual experience, or to challenge themselves to improve both their ability and the group as a whole. Blueprint has provided me with an incredible chance to perform with an incredibly talented and passionate director and peers that want to succeed. It's also a great social opportunity!

I joined the group about a year and a half ago, and it's been an amazing experience.
I have a hard time putting myself in social situations with unfamiliar people, but I love singing too much to not seek out a choir. I found this group on Meetup, and one of the first things that appealed to me was that it was no pressure: if you wanted to audition you could, but if you didn't there were non-audition groups too.
The ensembles are so diverse that whatever style of music you're interested in, there's a group that does it: Classical? Contemporary? Memorized and choreographed?

I also love that in addition to making great music together, the group is very focused on being a community: there are regular organization-wide social events to get to know each other outside of "I sing in this ensemble/I sing this part".
I'm still relatively shy, but I'm slowly making good friends in this group.

This is such a great organization! The directors care so much about bringing quality choir music to audiences and members, and they fill a huge need for adult choir opportunities in the Portland area. My group has really challenged me so far while continuing to be super supportive. I'm so glad to be part of it!

I found this choir on Craigslist five years ago and I’m so thankful. I’ve gone from not being able to read music to being able to sight read somewhat proficiently and have improved my vocal quality so much. While the music is amazing I have also met some of my best friends in this organization and the commradare is what keeps me coming back and working hard to improve!

The two main things that make Blueprint terrific are the fantastic music and performance they do and how truly warm, welcoming, and friendly they are. Nothing like it!

Blueprint came and performed for our event. I have nothing but absolute gratitude for their professionalism and the quality of work. It is amazing being able to listen to them and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a live performance to be added to their event or venue.
