Mission: Blue Ridge AIDS Support Services [BRASS] was founded in 1989 to provide supportive services for disabled persons living with HIV/AIDS. A Housing Opportunity for People with AIDS [HOPWA] grant was secured from HUD. Five AIDS Service Organizations serve under BRASS and are responsible for providing direct client services.
