Mission: Blue mountain community services is dedicated to working with and at the direction of people with disabilities to help promote and maintain independence in the community by providing coordination of community services and resources with a strong commitment to person centered planning.
Programs: Blue mountain community services currently provides service coordination to over 200 consumers in pa waiver programs in seven counties. Our services assist waiver participants with remaining as independent as possible in the community.
