Mission: The mission of blue jacket, inc. Is to provide education, training and opportunities to any disadvantaged person who is striving to earn a second chance at gainful employment.
Programs: Blue jacket, inc. Was created to provide education, training and opportunities to any disadvantaged person who is striving to earn a second chance at gainful employment. The career academy is a two week, forty (40) hour training program that provides job-readiness training, pre and post-placement services including job placement, education, skills and interest assessments, and personal and professional development. In 2017, 116 individuals were enrolled in the career academy and graduated. Opportunity staffing provides transitional employment for the career academy graduates. In 2017, 127 people were employed through opportunity staffing.
