Mission: Our mission is to ease the financial burden of having a child living with cystic fibrosis while providing emotional support to the family and spreading awareness of the disease.

Programs: Family Grants of up to $500 to help with essential bills Backpacks full of school supplies to children with CF and their siblings Holiday Gifts to children with CF and their siblings, plus a gift card for the family to use to purchase their holiday dinner Caboose Comfort Totes full of fun things to do in the hospital and toiletries for the family during hospital admissions Monthly support dinners to provide a sense of community to people facing similar struggles.
