A wonderful and active organization that actually cares about the welfare of birds and education. Reaches out to the community to spread awareness and the monthly meetings are very enjoyable.

This organization is run by one person who violates the by laws every day. There is no mission statement and I have asked for their by-laws and mission statement since 2012 without success. They have not had a board meeting except once a year, held in another state for t hose board members ABLE to attend. Info on board meetings is not available to anyone. The President has not attended a meeting in 18 months (eff. 7/2015). The 'supposed' executive board appear only once or twice a year. This organization is a sham.
