Our neighborhood has been inundated with kittens and cats that nobody wants. With a handful of neighbors we have managed to trap and have a large number of adults TNR with Billy The Kidden Rescue who also has taken a lot of our kittens. I had three that were trapped and the next day this amazing rescue took them. I just can't say enough good things about them.

Kat, Joyce and Tina, of Billy the Kidden Rescue were amazing in their assistance with obtaining a beautiful group of feral kittens from our residence (under the house in a very small crawl space) today. They were very quick to find a rescue that could foster the kittens until they are ready for adoption.
Very professional, friendly and obvious love animals, they worked hard to find the right
solution when actually getting the kittens out from a challenging location. Additionally
they were able to trap the Mama Kitty so that she can be spayed and returned to us as
an outdoor feral cat.
It was a very bittersweet day for me that they made much brighter when I could see the
kittens and mama were going to be taken care of with excellence. Thank you Billy the Kidden and Lil Roar for all of your selfless help. A shout out to Phillip my friend who worked
tirelessly in helping with the babies today and over a period of 3 weeks to assess the situation and get early pictures which aided today. Blessings to you all, Cindy, Norfolk VA.
This is a great rescue with a ton of heart. They have a no kitty left behind mentality and will fight to save any kitty in their care using the best vets in the area. I've never had an issue getting questions answered when I TEXT someone. I also love that they are consistently adopting out kitties through regularly scheduled events and partnerships with other businesses. Recently they have added new volunteers that I find to be really friendly.
I adopted two of my cats from this rescue. My heart was so full from the generosity of the people here that I became a volunteer myself. They work endlessly and tirelessly to spread awareness and save lives and I'm PROUD to be associated with them.
Billy the kidden Rescue is amazing. All volunteers care so much about the cats and kittens they rescue, foster, and adopt out. The kitten I adopted from them is the sweetest, most affectionate kitten I’ve ever had. I would never have met him had it not been for the wonderful efforts of the btkr team.
This rescue is wonderful! Staffed completely by volunteers they work around the clock to trap, spay/neuter, either domesticate or release "fixed"feral cats back into their colonies. The cats available for adoption are completely vetted. They charge the adopter a small fee that barely covers their cost. They rely completely upon donations and are always in need.
I adopted my two beauties from them and they are the best!
This "rescue" is run by people who have no clue how to use basic scheduling techniques, they take your money, your votes and your volunteer time but lack communication and do not stand behind their words. Do not foster unless you plan on paying out hundreds of dollars of your own money and end up with another pet because they do not do proper adoption events of any kind on a regular basis. Lack of clear leadership and bully mentality.
This rescue is the WORST rescue I've ever dealt with. I got a kitten from them a week ago for $50.00. These people came to my house unannounced and unwelcome, came straight into our home, straight upstairs, and straight into our bedroom. They grabbed the kitten out of my hands, put her in a carrier, and took her away! I have owned cats my WHOLE life! They treated me like I was some kind of criminal, when in fact, me and my family take really good care of animals. We take pride in being animal lovers. After they took MY kitten back out of MY house that they were not welcome at, I asked for my money back because I only had the kitten for ONE WEEK, and they refused to give me the $50.00 back. Please do not EVER get a kitten from this rescue. We will be going to the pound from now on to get our kitties. We are loving people, and this rescue has treated us like some kind of CRIMINAL! TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!!! The lady's name is Terrah. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!!

We remember this story differently. We took Remington backbecause your other cat was attacking her. You asked us to take her back and then when we showed up you were indecisive so we made the decision for her. We did not immediately go upstairs and snatch the cat. You showed us where she was after we spoke in your living room and examined your other cat who you were going to take to the vet because she was injured from falling or something else. We went with our gut and took Remington out of a dangerous situation.
