Mission: The mission of the organization is to provide a hot nutritious meal to anyone who has difficulty shopping for food or preparing meals regardless of income. The service is provided primarily to senior citizens with service to others in special needs situations.
Programs: Meals were served monday through friday of every week, with only two holidays not served. Approximately 31 meals were prepared and delivered daily utilizing volunteers. The organization employs one cook/manager with an occasional part time cook. Clients are charged a nominal fee per day for the meal service, with some subsidized meals for low income people. Approximately 8,134 meals were served during the year. The goal of the organization is to expand its services to more clients in the coming year.
