Mission: Provide a day health care program designed to serve adults with social, health, cognitive, physical and emotional needs. The primary goal of adult day services is to maintain or improve the individual's level of functioning for as long as possible, preventing or delaying further deterioration while allowing the individual to remain in the family structure and/or community.
