Programs: Bicaa sponsored, organized, and produced "baroque on beaver", a festival of classical music with many concerts and performances; additionally there were pop-up concerts by the musicians around the village. Also, community singers benefited from professional leadership in choral perfomance.

the organization funded the construction of a raku style kiln for use by beaver island potters. This will help the potters educate non-potters about this japanese style of glazing and firing of pottery.
