This HOA is horrible to deal with. My family is considering selling just to not have to deal with them. Members of the HOA violate CRC's all the time, and have for years, and then send threats of lawsuits for the littlest of things. If a storm blows your fence open, you get a letter. Members walk into your yard while you are at work and look in your windows. I've had to run a few off. I'm considering litigation, as are some of my neighbors, to get them to cease and desist. The parks are in bad shape. The greenbelts need attention. The walkways are dirty. All of this, and they spend all of their time sending letters to people even if they aren't violating the rules. I drive a van and they threatened to sue for me having a commercial vehicle on my property. I told them, politely, that it was a person vehicle, and they rudely sais they were watching me. Beware!
