Programs: Lodging: be still, inc. Has five (5) cottages that sleep up to five (5) people each. We provide our lodging for free. Over 50% of our guests (pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders) say they would not be able to take a vacation if not for the free lodging we offer! We provide all the linens, towels, toiletries, cookware and dinnerware for our guests free of charge as well. This year we hosted 258 reservations, 528 individual overnight stays in our cottages. To rent a similar cottage at a resort or campground costs $200. 00 per night (low end). $200. 00 x 528 = $105,600. 00 lost revenue. Each cottage takes 2 hours to clean after a guest checks out. 2 hours x 258 check outs = 516 hours x $20. 00 per hour= $10,320. 00 in labor lost.
meeting facility: be still, inc. Hosts team meetings and ministry functions in a restored barn. We promote pastors and ministry leaders getting out of the office tor our unique venue for effective team building. Use of the barn as well as drink service is provided for free. Similar venues charge $350. 00 per day with the same service. We hosted 44 events, 51 days of usage total, serving 567 guests. $350. 00 x 51= $17,850. 00 lost revenue.
welcome baskets: we take pride in making sure every guest feels welcome and cared for. We supply a free welcome basket with snacks made in wisconsin. This year we spent $1,376. 00 on welcome gifts.
