Mission: Bayside's mission is to rescue the drowning and turn them into rescuers. Thousands of ordinary people within the limits of Palm Bay-Melbourne Florida and the beaches are drowning in life's circumstances ie, broken families, job difficulties, parenting problems, trauma, alcoholism, drugs, etc. They need someone who is willing to go out into the deep water to reach them them. Once they've been reached, we train them to reach other ordinary people like them. It's a practical authentic community of ordinary people becoming exraordinary Christians.
