Causes: Agricultural Programs, Food
Mission: The barnstable county agricultural society held its first fair in october of 1844. Since then the society has provided a valuable service to the community by administering the county fair which has become the most popular annual event on cape cod.
Programs: Improve and advance the local residents' pursuit of agricultural, home economics, conservation, and youth activities.
