Mission: The corporation is organized exclusively for the sole purpose to acquire, own, hold, maintain, and operate the banyan club apartments for affordable housing use for citizens of palm beach county with income at 60% or less of the area median income, together with activities as may be necessary or advisable in connection with the ownership of the property.
Programs: The corporation mortgaged the building structures and improvements upon purchase in september 2014. Since the purchase of the property, the corporation has overseen the leasing of the units in accordance with the corporation's mission/purpose and hud regulations with the 223(f) loan.
