Programs: Supportive housing/rental assistance program: serving over 60 inividuals and families, all of whom were formerly homeless, and all of whom either have or have a family member who has a developmental or physical disability. Services included obtaining and retaining affordable housing, career development, sobriety maintenance services, job referrals, and more.
medicaid services coordination program: serving over 100 families, helping to ensure that their family members with developmental disabilities were able to access necessary health, education, housing, and other services.
low income housing suppot program: serving over 1,000 families by providing and assisting in the maintenance of affordable housing, health, education and other services.
