Mission: To bring competitive policy debate to the high schools and middle schools of the baltimore city public school system as an after-school activity.
Programs: Taught the skills and techniques of debate to students, who then participated in local, regional and international debate competitions. Participated in the national urban debate league movement, a network of twenty urban centers around the country.
