Please Be Aware of Management at Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership
Working for Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership is a nightmare. Management does not know how to treat employees, toxic work environment, The Managing Director of Program Administration and the Operational Supervisor do not know how to talk to people, The Executive Director is prejudice, The Housing Choice Voucher Director acts like she walks on pins and needles and not properly trained; she's also a pushover and the Managing Director of Operations and Program Evaluation does not stand up for employees; who has a problem with other Management. No proper HR Department to alarm problems and issues with management, questionable practices with labor laws and Management plants work on other employees, so they can do nothing and talk down to the employees on work they should be responsible for. A high turnover where almost 20+ employees left within a year or months because of toxicity with management. Employees who have worked there for years left the organization. Clique mentality when you stand up for yourself, you are being written upon their harassment towards you.
The program is great to help people; however, new management needs to takeover Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership. Seeing employees being mistreated should make you reconsider being a part of this organization until a change of management happens. I can not recommend working with this organization.
