Programs: Foreclosure study - project evaluated how baltimore city should spend discretionary fund resulting from litgation from the mortgage crisis.
theater study - administering a study on vibrancy of the theater community in baltimore city.
tax exempt study - project evaluated best practices nationally for how other cities were negotiating with large nonprofits about making some type of real estate tax payment as they are an exempt group.
scope (selling city owned properties efficiently) - project scope streamlines the disposition of surplus of baltimore city owned real estate utilizing the marketing of the private real estate industry. It is a national model for cities wishing to dispose of unwanted property. This year the program's success was evaluated.
