The rescue owner bought a property in Bakersfield with community funds and has been illegally collecting funds for such without being registered with the Attorney General. She has not filed taxes so no one knows where the money is going.
The said property has been the same for 2 years, no upgrades whatsoever. The dogs sit out in the heat with very few shade covers. This is cruelty and fraud.
