Causes: Children & Youth, Youth Centers & Clubs
Mission: To provide high school students with a diverse, youth-drive teen center dedicated to creating life-on-life mentoring relationships with caring adults through community service opportunities, social activities, tutoring, counseling and life skills courses.
Target demographics: students
Geographic areas served: Liberty Township, Ohio
Programs: After school program that allows for a safe environment for students after school. Approximately 200 students are participants that would attend once a week or more. After school programs also provides tutoring, life skills classes and group involvement. Weekend program providing students with a safe environment to attend concerts performed by teenage bands and participate in talent shows and dances and movies.
270 students participated in the program providing approx. 3500 community service hours to area social service agencies, including food pantries, homeless shelters, elementary school age tutoring programs, and visiting sick children and serving at mathew 25 ministries.
