Mission: To improve the quality of life for patients with mental illness and the staff who serve them through advocacy, education and solicitation of funds.
Programs: To improve the quality of life of the patients living at the hospital on christmas day, the council provides a christmas celebration including parties, a dance, a visit from santa and at least three gifts for every patient.
