This organization is about the most caring and most helpful to many of their patients. Everyone who works or volunteers in the clinic is amazing. they try to do what they can do for every one that comes in their door. The clinic itself is amazing. It helps the people who can not afford insurance or afford to go to the doctors to give them the care that they need. You are greeted by smilling faces and there is always laughter and joy in the clinic, always positive attitudes

Causes: Ambulatory & Primary Health Care, Health
Mission: To provide health care and related services to those persons, and their families, who are making a sincere effort to support themselves, but who do not have the means to pay for such services.
Results: To increase the number of patients served and better meet their needs, we have just completed construction of our expanded dental Clinic. The Augusta Regional Dental Clinic (ARDC) has doubled in both size and capacity and includes state-of-the-art equipment, eight treatment rooms, and an additional full-time dentist and hygienist on staff.
Direct beneficiaries per year: More than 1,800 patients a year.
Programs: The organization provides health care to uninsured, low income individuals between the ages of 18 and 64. The organization also provides dental care to low income uninsured and medicaid or medicare adults and children. Individuals qualify for care if they reside in the staunton, waynesboro or augusta county areas of virginia. The total number of patients for both clinics' medical or dental services for the fiscal year was 3,235. The number of prescriptions filled by the pharmacy was 11,702. Professional services in the amount of 114,965 were donated, and other unrecorded volunteer time was 53,309.
