Cheryl and AIC are a tremendous resource for the atlanta and US Jewish/zionist communities. They are excellent organizational partners, remain supportive of other orgs’ work in the space, put on terrific events, help other community professionals with coordinating and promoting events, remain active in the campus and post 10/7 spaces as well as in local politics, and plan trips to Israel that attendees rave about. Having personally worked with Cheryl, who runs the org, while I worked at the Consulate, I can’t say I’ve had a better experience with any regular institutional partner

The Atlanta Israel Coalition has made remarkable efforts following October 7. They have provided free virtual tours of October 7 sites, sent essential supplies to Israel, and played a vital role in educating the community about the situation.
The Atlanta Israel Coalition Inc. provides a service that is incredibly important and relevant during all times, and even more so in these times of upheaval and need for information and community. Currently, I live outside of Atlanta and depend on Atlanta Israel Coalition to stay informed of events that I can plan ahead to attend. They do a beautiful job of informing and creating events for all that would like to join in, as well as to be informed of local and global events that have an impact on all of us.
There are not many organizations that are all volunteer and make such an impact. With all that’s wrong with the world today AIC does it right. I asked them to join me at a rally and they were very helpful. I feel better donating to them because I know the money helps the cause.
In my role as Friend of Jerusalem Ballet (Israel), exploring performance opportunities for JB in the Greater Atlanta Area, AIC has been extremely forthcoming in sharing information and helping make local connections. I am certain that when the time comes, AIC will take part in making Jerusalem Ballet's performances in Atlanta a great success.

I'm very thankful AIC exists. I didn't follow it closely before Oct 7th, but since then I have attended some amazing programming. I have met a lot of great people, and AIC has helped me feel connected. I feel that I'm not alone in my sadness and sorrow about what happened, and I'm happy to meet others that want to be the light in this dark time. I can always count on AIC to keep me up to date about all things Israel. I like the content AIC shares on their Facebook page. I have attended few in person events because I live out of town. That's why I like that they offer many virtual events.
I can always count on the Atlanta Israel Coalition to keep me updated on what is happening in Israel and what is happening with regard to Israel and the Jewish people around the world. They present perspectives that are not prevalent in the news that is typically presented to me. They foster relationships with those who are influential in and who know aspects of Israeli society and Israeli politics that can only be found when looking beneath the surface. The Atlanta Israel Coalition brings those in the Greater Atlanta area and beyond closer to Israel in their minds and in their hearts. They are an essential organization for those who support Israel as a Jewish state and I, for one, am very grateful that this organization exists.
I am currently a college student that went to Georgia state and now Georgia college and state university. There was so much misinformation being spread about Israel, and Jewish people as a result. It has been amazing to have an organization here in Atlanta that directly focuses on giving students the facts because I truly believe that most of the hate I’ve seen comes from a place of ignorance. AIC brings light to issues that so many seem to fight about when they are clearly still in the dark concerning the facts. I truly appreciate that this organization has never been politically driven and welcomes all people from diverse backgrounds. The goal of this organization has clearly never been political but instead is founded from a place of love for the only recognized Jewish state in the world.
I was new to the Atlanta area and finding a supportive non-partisan community of individuals who actively support both Atlanta and Israel made me instantly comfortable.

As a member of the Atlanta community and a Jewish elected official, I watch AIC on the front lines of fighting antisemitism wherever and whenever it rears its ugly head. Cheryl has a fantastic ability to mobilize volunteers across the political spectrum and regardless of the level of observance. Cheryl Dorchinsky has developed and grown this organization into a strong voice for Israel advocacy, introducing us to interesting speakers, sharing petitions fighting antisemitism in Georgia, arranging Israel tours -both virtual as well as “on the ground”, and educating the public about the media bias that controls a narrative that distorts public opinion towards anti- Israel sentiment. Cheryl’s tireless efforts surely show, in creating and directing this fantastic and much-needed organization!

THAT is what you feel like when you get involved with the Atlanta Israel Coalition. AIC has their ears open and eyes focused to an all encompassing Judaism.
A judaism where everyone can sit together, brothers and sisters, Jew & Gentile, whatever race you might be to all aspire to a better tomorrow for everyone. Hate has no place in an AIC worldview. I totally agree with their mission and hope to see this organization continue to build bridges across the globe.
This grassroots organization supports Israel and fights antizionism and antisemitism. Educating the general public about positive aspects of Israel, explaining the conflict, and supporting Israel's right to defend itself. They rely entirely on donations so please be generous.
I was introduced to this organization through Cheryl Feingold Dorchinsky, who is a passionate advocate for Jewish and Israeli causes and our people. The Atlanta Israel Coalition is a young and vibrant organization that is on the forefront of bringing the Jewish community together and raising awareness of the current plague of antisemitism. Its leadership is keeping a keen eye out for acts of antisemitism that would otherwise go unnoticed and unreported. It does not stand idly by but instead, shines a light on those acts to ensure they are not repeated.

As someone who has been invited by various non-profits to speak, when I spoke at the AIC events, it was such a positive experience that it stood heads and shoulders above many. The efficiency, the dedication to the cause, the compassion and respect with which AIC treat all who pass through their doors, is simply extraordinary. The work they do behind the scenes is also just as commendable. I would recommend that anyone on the speaking circuit get in touch with AIC. It will be a win-win all round.
It is incredible what dedicated volunteers can accomplish together. AIC is truly a grassroots effort. Unlike other non profits with large salaries, lots of marketing support etc. the accomplish so much and work to unite without the red tape etc. The programs have been seen all over the world by people of all backgrounds and ages. I have really learned from participating
such a dedicated president of this wonderful nonprofit Atlanta Israel Coalition. she and her team work tirelessly to promote Israel by publishing an excellent newsletter, offering quality programming, and even offering a trip to the land of Israel. Great organization!!
When Israel was facing a barrage of indiscriminately fired missiles and war broke out, I found a rally in Atlanta in support of Israel. That was my introduction to AIC. I was at the next rally they held and was even more impressed. I met Cheryl Dorchinsky and learned more about their mission. Strong support for Israel, fighting Jew Hatred and antisemitic anti-Israel sentiments. Education. Virtual tours of Israel. Holiday celebrations. A great organization headed by an energetic Executive Director.
AIC does what other, larger organizations, shy away from. They create true bridges between people of all walks of life in order to truly support Israel and the Jewish people.

It offers free educational and community programming both in person and on zoom to support Israel.
