Causes: Health
Mission: The corporation was organized to create and maintain a coordinated system of health care services and programs for citizens of northeast georgia. The components of the system include hospital services, a foundation, physician services and a health insurance plan. To fulfill this mission, the system will provide quality based health care services, focusing on clinical excellence and economic value and the highest levels of patient and customer satisfaction. In addition, it will maintain a safe and attractive physical environment for all patients, staff, physicians and the general public. The system's governance recognizes an extended role in the region for economic development, community health planning, and the stewardship of environmental assets. The leadership pledges continuous improvement in all processes and to achieve this it will solicit input from all of those the system serves, its physicians and other caregivers and staff, community leaders and the community at large.
Programs: Executive management: athens regional health services, inc. Assisted athens regional medical center, inc. And its affiliates in their management and patient care efforts by providing management to all affiliated companies.
