Mission: Our mission is to share our wonder of the universe with others. We do this through educational meetings, "star parties" (public observing sessions) and website-based information. We hold public monthly meetings on topics in astronomy. During the last 20 years we have hosted more than 500 "star parties" involving about 20,000 people. We completed our Starfield Observatory in 2001 where these educational efforts can now be centered.
