Programs: The organization (apda) serves to increase public awareness about peyronies disease (pd), to advocate pd research and to provide education and support services for the pd community. Apda provides information resources and support to pd sufferers, their families and the medical community including a website which offers a convenient resource for patients, partners, and clinicians. Apda participates in biotechnology summits for the advancement on more treatment options. In 2014 adpa: 1) created a patient to patient forum residing on apda's website, 2) started an apda president's blog called "mens health matters", 3) collaborated with health remedy to create mobile access through cell phones to apda's website, 4) made video gallery enhancements and added physician peyronie's disease educational videos to apda's website and 5) participated with other invited experts on an exclusive panel in the field of peyronie's disease to create treatment guidelines for american urological association.
