Causes: Boards of Trade
Mission: Ahou is a group of insurance professionals associated with risk selection in the life, health and living benefits insurance industries. Ahou exists to promote knowledge of mortality, morbidity and risk management through networking and educational opportunities.
Programs: Dedicating itself to the sharing of information and promotion of connectivity across the industry with the goal to reach as many insurance professionals responsible for risk assessment. The organization has approximately 900 members. In addition, the organization organizes and directs an annual conference which addresses the major areas of risk selection within the life, health, and living benefits insurance industry and encourages the exchange of views and opinions among its members. Ahou introduced its new education program, advance360, in april 2017 which provides additional education opportunities.
