Horrible experience!!!!!! Went there and found the perfect match for our family. We have 2 rescue dogs (1 from there) with room and love for another. One is scheduled for shots this week and both aren't due for flea and tick medicine until tomorrow. Went Saturday, filled out adoption application, answered a few questions and was told to come back Tuesday to get him. Went in Tuesday, was grilled about vaccinations then told the "operations supervisor" said we were inconsistent in the care of our pets. Was asked if we would sign a contract to use their vet. I said yes. Was then told the "operations supervisor" still thought we were inconsistent in their care and not suitable to adopt him. The "operations supervisor" never came out to talk to me. My husband went to talk with her and she made herself unavailable for the 1 1/2 hours he waited. When he saw her leaving in her car, he approached her. She cursed at him and threatened to call the police. Will let everyone I know to stay away

They pay young people an hourly wage and commission to wear their t-shirts and badger motorists at traffic stop lights in heavily traffic areas of Bethesda Maryland. The fact they are paying incentives is the tell that this is simply a money making scheme and not ethical fundraising. Keep your money is your pocket and don't pay their rent with it!
