This organization does so much for the City of Tustin's children and young adults. So many local people do not realize that the thrift Shop sales go directly to their community. ALT can not afford to advertise in weekly newspapers or distributed pamphlets, A great place to volunteer and work with teenagers from Tustin.
I have always been a person who enjoys volunteering, and have given my time to many worthy organizations and causes. However, Assistance League of Tustin stands apart because it is dedicated to helping the local community. Assistance League is a national secular non-political philanthropic organization composed of local chapters. Each chapter serves its local community. I love that I can make where I live a better place by volunteering, donating to, and/or shopping with the Assistance League of Tustin.
Assistance League of Tustin does so much for our community... besides the many programs designed to provide school clothing and supplies to children in need, drug intervention and counseling for high-school students, and even SAT exam tutoring, their thrift shop is a true gem filled with exciting bargain finds that renew daily! ALT is a real partner for improvement in the city of Tustin, CA.

This is a great organization that plays an important role in our community. Friendly, helpful, and dedicated volunteers that are really trying to make a difference in people's lives locally.
I have been member of ALT for almost 3 years. I am very proud to be part of this organization because I really believe in helping people in need. All the great philanthropy programs ALT provides to the Tustin community, truly make a difference. Operation School Bell®️ helps over 1,000 TUSD school age kids with clothing, shoes, and school supplies; Project Today helps with teen drug, alcohol, and mental health intervention. My favorite so far is the Families Forward Holiday Market that ALT volunteers hosted in the Thrift Shop this past December. The stories of the many families who attended brought tears to my eyes. It was a wonderful way to kick off the Holiday Season.
