Causes: Community Improvement & Capacity Building
Mission: Aspiration's mission is to connect nonprofit organizations with software solutions that help them better carry out their work. We want nonprofit organizations to be able to find and use the best software available, so that they maximize their effectiveness and impact and, in turn, change the world.
Programs: 1. We build software developer and nonprofit user communities. 2. We built a comprehensive online software directory, the Social Source Commons. 3. We provide facilitation and consulting services for software-related events such as code sprints, and for collaborative software projects.
