Mission: Established in 1992, the Arts Festival Association /dba/ Mosaics was established to create and foster the diversity and vitality of the arts, and to broaden the availability, education, participation and appreciation of the arts throughout the community through the formulation of the Mosaics Fine Art Festival.
Programs: The annual art festival provides artists a place to display their work, and festival goers an opportunity to enjoy art and interact with artists.
