Mission: Our mission is to educate, empower, and enrich the lives of youth and teens through arts education.
Results: Fast Facts: 100% High school graduation rate 90% of students have enrolled in higher educational institutions, such as Carnegie Melon, Clark Atlanta University, Berklee College of Music, Bethune Cookman, etc. 10% have entered the workforce prepared after high-school graduation Recent Evaluation of the ACT Curriculum Conducted by Bruce Jones, Ph.D., Vice President of Research at Howard University Reported: 83% of Students Experienced an Increase in their Problem Solving & Emotional Intelligence Skills 97% of Students Experienced an Increase in their Academic Potential 96% of Students Experienced an Increase in their Leadership Potential 96% of Students Experienced an Increase in their Acquisition of Skills in the Arts
Target demographics: underprivileged / 'at-risk' teens in middle and high school
Direct beneficiaries per year: 2,500 students
Geographic areas served: Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties, Florida; and the virtual space throughout the globe
Programs: performing and visual arts curriculum (i.e. acting/theater, dance, video production, creative music technology, game coding, painting /sketching/sculpture), and masterclasses (i.e. leadership, entrepreneurship, money management, and healthy living).
