I am proud to be a part of this wonderful organization! Let's make a huge difference in homelessness. It all starts with awareness aka knowing that it's a REAL problem and these ARE REAL PEOPLE in need of love, support, compassion and empathy. I've been on the streets. I was homeless for the first time when I was 9. That's why I started this organization.
What a brilliant idea for a charity. When I used to volunteer at a homeless shelter in the UK at Christmas time it never failed to amaze me quite how talented so many of the guests were.
This cause deserves every chance it gets for recognition.
Not only does it give spirit but also personal and human recognition.
I was personally amazed at the drawings which I saw done by various homeless I met in France and I did offer a few postcards realized by one of them.
He hadn't sold any for the day and his smile was just plain and fantastic !
I love the work that Art4thehomeless does. What an amazing concept, and they are very professional, creative, and inclusive in their posts and projects. They display a lot of heart. I see great results for their future.
I have been featured in the webzine as an artist before and love what they do. They are all about helping artists as well as homeless people. A great organization.
