Mission: We educate the american public to their military heritage through the story of the u. S. Army aviation's soldiers and machines. We connect the american soldier to the american public as an active, accepted, and admired member of the american family. We inspire patriotism and motivate americans everywhere toward service to their community and country by involving them in our nation's larger military legacy. We preserve authentic, flyable examples of army aircraft and utilize them in aerial and educational living history demonstrations and presentations so that the symbols of america's military legacy may always remain in our skies for future generations.

Programs: Huey and cobra rides - allow visitors and veterans to ride in the aircrafts. Rides are guided by veterans and help provide closure to veterans during the rides. Participants learn the history of the huey and cobra and information about the army aviation heritage foundation and the military.

airshows - airshows allow vounteers and veterans to meet the public and share information about vietnam, military service, and their experiences. These shows include reenactments of rescue missions and team demonstrations. Displays are available with additional information for visitors.
