Mission: The arizona recycling coalition (azrc) is a nonprofit organization of professionals and citizens pledged to promoting recycling efforts in private, public and nonprofit sectors throughout arizona. Azrc provides strong leadership on waste reduction issues and promotes the reduce, reuse and recycle ethic through education and membership involvement.
Programs: Arizona recycling coalition conducted educational meetings related to the "reduce, reuse, recycle" ethic in arizona. We held three educational meetings, with a total of 129 in attendance, which included tours of facilities of organizations who are innovators in the areas of recycling and sustainability. Arizona recycling coalition also held an executive certificate in the ethical circular economy course with 10 attendees the day before an annual one day conference with 126 attendees. The conference featured ten sessions on recycling and environmental topics and culminated in an awards ceremony highlighting achievement in areas of recycling.

grants to other 501(c)(3) organizations, public schools and governmental units promote the reduction, reuse and recycling of materials. Grants to individuals encourage and assist college-level students who have chosen to study in the areas of sustainability, particularly as applied to waste reduction, waste diversion, wise use of resources, and re-use and recycling.
