Results: AzFBN channels approximately 50 million pounds of food, most of which is fresh, healthy produce, to regional food banks who then distribute it to other hunger fighting agencies and families in need. Additionally, AzFBN's work has helped secure free meals for kids at school, simpler forms for older adults who need SNAP (food stamps) and help for hunger fighting organizations through re-granting and professional development.
