The mission statement: The mission and objective of the ADSCC is to improve the welfare of deaf senior citizens in state of Arizona. The purpose of the ADSCC is to form a state-wide organization to establish deaf senior citizen housing and care complexes.

Banish Extreme Loneliness! That is our slogan. As we get older, many of us go to existing retirement homes that are not at all designed for us. the neighbhors and the staff ignore us because they cannot communicate with us. That causes extreme loneliness for many of us. Finally Apache ASL Trails Phase 1 for low income opened on July 17, 2011 with 75 affordable apartments at 2428 E. Apache Blvd, Tempe, AZ 85281.
