I am now seven days discharged from the hospital after open heart surgery, and I can’t get a return phone call or a nurses visit for medical services from this agency, ArchCare. I suggest you find an agency that cares more about its patients. Two phone calls this morning not returned. I guess they don’t really care about their patients. Maybe they make enough money from Medicare for the initial evaluation 5 days ago to not care about providing follow up at-home nursing services.
