Causes: Homeless & Housing, Senior Citizens Housing & Retirement Communities, Seniors
Mission: To establish, support, own, maintain and operate a residential retirement membership program for elderly individuals, which provides benefits and at-home and facility-based services for those seniors who choose to reside in their own homes as they grow older.
Programs: Entrance fee amortization. Members pay an entrance fee which entitles the member to a non-assignable personal right to participate in the corporation's life care program in member's home.
monthly service charge. The monthly service charge will provide members with a comprehensive array of health and home assessments, 4 hours of service per month, coordination of services by member services manager, access to programs, activities and health care services at arcadia retirement residence and 15 craigside, as well as personal emergency response system. At december 31, 2017 there were 28 members in the program.
