Target demographics: end trafficking of children in our region
Geographic areas served: the Baltimore region and throughout Maryland
Programs: direct survivor services (advocacy, mentoring, etc.) and training of individuals, professionals, organizations on how to recognize human trafficking and act to end it.
I have volunteered for Araminta since it's public launch and have nothing but good to say about it. The leadership has such a heart for survivors, they truly embrace their mission and live it out everyday. They emulate Jesus in all their interactions; with survivors, with volunteers, with people who just want to know more about the problem. They operate with the highest level of integrity and transparency, you can be assured that any resources you donate to them will be handled appropriately. Araminta is a well run organization that is making a difference in our world.
