Mission: To provide personnel, services, activities, programs and facilities for the evaluation, training, employment, socialization, support, and transportation of persons who are developmentally disabled, handicapped, economically disadvantaged, or aged, to enable them to become more productive and functional members of society or to promote their quality of life and maintain themselves in the community.
Programs: Day program center - educational setting to train mentally handicapped adults functional independent living home skills and vocational skills. Includes transportation to and from centers.
residential services/personal supports/family and individual support services - provides a residential habitation and home services program for mentally handicapped adults in garrett county which includes room, board, self-help training, home and community living skills.
