Mission: The purposes of flappa are to foster mutually supportive objectives among florida higher education facilities organizations; to promote relationships that provide personal and professional development through leadership, educational, and networking opportunities for all facilities personnel; to foster the professional spirit among persons engaged in this work; and to aid and supplement the work of the international organization, appa- leadership in educational facilities.
Programs: Annual flappa conference - the twelve annual flappa conference was held at valencia college orlando in april 2016. Attendees who work in all areas from housekeeping to grounds to plumbing to roofing to hvac were represented. Annual flappa conference - the thirteen annual flappa conference was held at palm beach atlantic university in march 2017.
