APEX DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION PRESENTS DRAG QUEEN STORY HOUR !!!

Thanks to Apex Development and Mr. Robber and Mr. L.B. for putting on this wonderful event!

DQSH is not accepted by many, but the APEX DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION LOVED IT!

Half of the "performers" were former offenders, but the Courts are dealing with this thanks to APEX. Also, we appreciate the lack of face-coverings, for freedom.

This organization is possibly committing fraud.

This illustrious society, Apex Development Foundation, is inserted on 09-01-2010, but was planned on 11-07-1987, only 32 years ago. It has 436 employees and 5855 voluntaries, also has several centers in United States or others places as Colfax, Moundville, Norman, Westport, Norden. The Financial Information the last year 2018 (fiscal year end) is: Income 10,264,977$, expenses 3,942,518$. Total result 6,322,459$ end of year fund balance/networth. News entrusted by Brenden Gladden Wilhelm.

If this organization does have a net worth of $6,322,459.00, why has it not filed a return?

Please investigate this organization immediately.

Super Job!!!!! Loved Seeing the clean up In Great Kills.
Big Difference from May 2019 to July 23, 2019.

It would be good to see people chip in and Help with getting these guys the right tools.
Your organization has my total support. At first, i saw the trees moving and heard chopping then spoke to the staff and heard you wanted to make it look better, I was shocked and excited to see young people care about the community and nature.

I will start a go fund me page soon if the staff would like.
Here are the tools that would help future cleanups.

See you, latter out by the trail

Great Job guys and Gals. I live across the street from Fairlawn Ave and enjoy walking down to the marina. After seeing the clean up the Apex volunteers began this summer I am happy to support their initiative. Wish the city and federal agencies take note and support their projects to beautify these overlooked areas.

Hey, love you guys, and sharing some love, thanks for bringing us to the United Nations for World Youth Day -2014. It showed me the world in action, instead of the gloomy run-down ghetto of the Bronx where I live.

To this day Apex Development Foundation continues to be supported by elected officials for its charitable programs.

Sadly guide Star allows any comments from anyone. Previous negative comments here are from an alcoholic that used to ask for help from this organization. Many members of the org have consulted the sick individual and tried to help him but to no avail. We try to help all that request our help. Sadly mentally illness is rampant among minority communities. Many people from this organization have severed all ties to the sad individual. He apparently feels abandoned. We pray he gets the mental help he needs. Mental Health is a top priority for many Nonprofits and should be supported.

We just keep improving the community in Brooklyn NEW YORK and providing mentorship with local members both teens and adults /parents to develop there projects and approach to changing tomorrows youth for the better. now this story has been told to all our staff members as it happened as we have footage of these two parties in question.

This actually a An APex Update Mid-Summer /Fall 2013 Review which funny enough will clarify a tasteless comment left by one Ausar123 making the claim that Apex's Members are involved in Criminal activity and Using Grant money for illicit purposes there by claiming even the Senator and NYC DYCD is involved in Criminal Activity.Which may result in a lawsuit against Guidestar and Ausar123.whoever it may be.

Unfortunately this comment will remain until guide star a (very useless websight in my opinion) removes one prior comment falsely accusing Apex Development Foundation of theft.

The very word theft brings only one issue and only two affiliates that actually had pressed charges against each other due to both parties inferior knowledge of charity law . The comments by Ausar123 falsely claiming he was an Advisor has many lies and is quickly identified as either one of two individuals. Showing this lack of knowledge Ausar123 states "the Owner of Apex Development Foundation". This Show his lack of knowledge.

Our Staff is well aware that a public charity has no owner nor can it because it is a public entity. So this fact incriminates Ausar123 for defamation of Character. At no time did any on record advisor ever leave Apex Development Foundation. So we now have two candidates as to who has falsely represented Apex Development.

The CEO from Ascension Society as one and one The Young Entrepreneurs Development Foundation.
Both of whom agreed to work together to host a call center in 95th street brooklyn new york .

This is the only time where a confused and sad individual CEO of Ascension Society had irresponsibly gave a Brand new Mac laptop to the Young Entrepreneurs without requesting a receipt of any kind. (Once again a big foolish mistake when concerning a donated item.) When this item was given to Mark Gurell CEO of YEDF (Young Entrepreneurs Development Foundation ) and then left at his 95th Street 4th ave Brooklyn New york Print Shop's back room (which was to be a call center for volunteers of YEDF) for about 30 days. this space also was shared by a dominican style hair saloon . There were numerous individuals who may have had access to it. However at no point did either party seek any paper work from each other. Although i had advised both parties on the basics of running a non profit. But its up to them to take action , even printing out the donee form from the IRS for CEO of YEDF while CEO of AS was present.

Apex Development Staff did not seek to meddle with the affairs as both CEOs had there own methods of dealing with there issues. in September CEO of YEDF mentioned not being able to pay for that months rent and stated he had used the security deposit of 900 the month prior to pay the rent. So they might be evicted. Apex Development Foundation Staff , had no interest in paying for a forprofit company and explained that to both parties. and continued to work in the community if Brooklyn NY , at the Apex Offices 350 tompkins ave also named the Loft Learning Center. (Neither party in question had any legitimate office space to work out of .) A week after CEO of YEDF was evicted and locked out of 95th st 4th ave . He claimed that the mac was in the store. and CEO OF AS attempted to contact Mr.Gurell numerous times , and continued to do so repeatedly , and went to the police attempting to press charges against CEO MARK GURELL. Police laughed this off by asking him to produce evidence a reciept or some contract stating it was not a gift. CEO MARK GURELL HAD CLAIMED and understood it was a gift for his girlfriend of whom CEO of AS was quiet fond of for some bizarre reason.

Perhaps both parties did advise Apex Development Staff and CEO in some strange twisted way the need to reinforce the need of not helping individuals that ask for help unless the pay a membership due. SIKE ! We already have that !LOL thats why all our board members are extremely happy with out progress. After numerous attempts to file a report against CEO of YEDF ,for theft CEO OF AS gave up supposedly .I understood that he sent CEO of Apex insulting messages as well as CEO of YEDF . A.S. CEO had many times the opportunity to take his MAC laptop back before they were evicted , but dealing with CEO YEDF 's girlfriend was unable to bring himself to due so . Which made Apex staff completely bewildered as to what power she had over him (CEO of Ascension Society).

So the whole Apex Staff is well aware of both these parties short comings and foolish actions . shannaigins. CEO of AS advised us on how to lose your own property and CEO of YEDF show Apex Staff who to lose your Print shop and Hair-saloon.

Since then OCT 2013 Apex CEO and staff have had no contact with either party. That is the Self proclaimed advisor. if either party advised Apex Staff we surely lose everything. So who is ausar123 making false accusations. Our legal team will discuss this matter with Guide star staff . seeking a lawsuit from both parties if false comments are not removed .

Have a great day. Friends and get off the internet to find about what charities are doing , thats pathetic. goto there offices and see their website and see there annual reports and request internal audits and Operational Budgets . Invite the staff to a meeting , wake up people . There are alot of sick people on the internet , you guys have no idea.

Apex staff ,
