Our family was blessed with 2 of Annas angels rescue pups! The first my little girl Bitsy, my first dog as an adult, what a gem. Anna herself brought her and her 2 sisters back to life after days on the streets with mange. The process was easy, organized and all the girls behind the scenes were well informed! The first time i had tons of questions and nothing went unanswered! Our second baby is Abby, our angel, she was chosen by my dad as his new dog after we said goodbye to our 14 year old girl Lucy. Again, even in the midst of covid 19 the process was seamless! This rescue goes above and beyond, never stops, and does so with so much love. I cant imagine life without this rescue, the amazing team I've come to know and my fur babies! Thank you girls♡♡
I have had an excellent experience with this rescue. This is my second time getting a rescue pup and the volunteers ( key word here is volunteer) have been so lovely and friendly and patient with me. I fell absolutely in love with one particular dog and at the last minute we realized his needs did not fit our budget ( this was going to be our third dog) and I had to sadly not commit. I felt so sad for all the work they did with me and I felt like I was letting them down and they were just so sweet about the whole thing. They didn’t blink an eye when I approached them about another dog that fit out budget and I am so excited to be welcoming him into our family. They work this group does can get really emotional for all parties involved so please read reviews with a grain of salt, this crew only wants the best for the animal’s and they have been nothing but helpful and supportive in my experience. I can’t recommend them enough.
Anna's Angels Dog Rescue (AADR) was extremely professional and very well organized. I was extremely impressed when I was given access to a number of information resources, prepared by the volunteers of AADR, including an extensive slide presentation which answered all questions from the initial dog selection right up to picking up my lovely Sky at the pre-determined location. The screening process was very thorough which reassured me that AADR knew what they were doing. Once I was approved for adoption, a FB group was set up for any potential questions plus another one to keep me informed on Sky's journey from Texas, United States to New Brunswick, Canada. She came with her medical records and was fully up to date with her health regime. I could not have been more pleased with this process. I am in love with my Sky. Thank you, AADR ********

I just adopted a dog with them. It's a very impressive organization with wonderful volunteers! They are well organized and keep you informed from the first adoption steps to the actual transport. They also provide lots of resources (from decompression in rescue dogs to heart worm education). They truly are very caring about the dogs they rescue and the people adopting them. This is my second time fostering a pup with Anna’s Angels Dog Rescue. It is a well run and organized group of amazing volunteers, who are always there to help in any way they can. I am especially impressed with the amount of education they provide to new owners and fosters to help make the adoption/fostering process a success, such as the outmost importance of allowing the new dog a chance to decompress at their new home before any potential busy or stressful events. Fabulous originization! I have had the privilege of volunteering with them for 3 years. I have a rescue from Anna’s plus 2 others (rescued individually). They keep contact open forever- I can reach out in 3 years and they will still be there. Love these guys!!!!

The name says it all! These volunteers are Angels on earth and fight every day to find hundreds of dogs loving homes every year. Every penny donated goes to the cause! I have been a donor, foster, and have even sponsored a few adoptions. One special foster was a dog that had been thrown out. She has been used for breeding, was pregnant, and was scared of people. She is now a trained therapy dog who works with postpartum patients! All of her babies found wonderful homes too! This organization gives the dogs that are thrown out on the street, a. I have rescued several dogs in my lifetime but my amazing experience with Anna's Angels has shown me what it is like to do it right. The woman fostering my wonderful dog did not just tell me my dog was great with kids and cats, she sent me videos. In fact she regularly sent me glimpses into my dogs personality through videos. After the rescue brought my sweet dog to me Anna's, Anna's Angels remained fully available for questions as Lucky and I settled in together! A great experience.

I had been looking at different rescue pages. We lost our dog of 10 years. Our hearts were missing him. Breeders are expenses and there are so so many rescued dogs looking for loving homes. This lead me to Anna's Angels Dog Rescue.
Looking at all the doggies lead me to DJ. Those eyes just drew me in.
I did more research. Took notes and filled out the adoption application, next day I was approved. Three days later we went to meet him and it was love at first site.
I genuinely recommend Anna Angels. Very informative and caring members. I really like the chatt page. I can ask questions and get advice.
I have adopted two of my pups from Anna’s I highly recommend them they are so amazing and they treat there dogs so well. And it’s so amazing that they come with all there vaccines and they don’t lie to you about the dogs. I found my perfect little pup through Anna’s. Our foster mom Brea was wonderful at communicating and making sure all of his health needs were taken care before coming to Canada. He is the best boy and can’t wait to foster or adopt again through them!
Our dog had passed away and our other dog was so sad. Then we saw this dog that had the sweetest face. We applied and got sent tons of videos and pictures. We knew he was the one for us and would get along great with our other dog. Luckily after a couple of weeks they are best friends and play all the time. The story of Kona.
I adopted my first pup through Annas angels a few years ago, and became friends with Anna, the founder. Anna quite often has dogs that are dumped or free posted on her Facebook page when people tag her.
So she was tagged in this post…
This beautiful brown husky puppy with blue eyes was posted for free. Huskies are my weakness! I started reading through the comments of who wanted this puppy, and one caught my eye...a very well dressed woman whose boyfriend had pitbulls and money all over his Facebook page. I panicked! Was this puppy being scouted as a fight ring bait dog?!
I texted Anna. She took a look and unfortunately confirmed my suspicions. I right then told her that if she could get this puppy, I would take it.
I messaged the owner and begged her to give me the puppy. She told me that she had witnessed this puppy being thrown from the window of a moving vehicle. This puppy had broken legs, broken ribs, mange…and she had taken the time to try and nurse her back to health. Unfortunately she couldn’t keep the puppy so had given it to her uncle who was abusive towards the puppy, so she was trying to get it out of his home to save it’s life.
Anna (seriously an angel) helped me to arrange to pick up the puppy knowing nothing other than it needed help.
Then I get a text…”oh I forgot to tell you-it’s not the dog in the picture.” She sends me a picture of a completely different dog.
I call Anna…”Don’t go. I don’t know if this is safe, not even sure what kind of dog your picking up or if there even is a dog!” And…Anna goes anyway! If there’s a dog in need, it’s worth the risk
Then…she picks up “Izzy”...this little broken puppy with sad eyes. Anna kept her at her house and vetted her for the trip from Texas all the way up North. They book her for transport to Canada and end up getting held up at the border and turned around due to Covid restrictions. That’s a long trip for a puppy that gets violently car sick!! She makes the trip again a week later…and I pick her up. Scared, sad, confused…but my sweet girl was finally home.
6 month old Kona became a part of my world one year ago today, and she’s never leaving it.
Happy one year “gotcha day” little lady, and thank-you to the entire team at Anna’s Angels for picking up, vetting, fostering, getting paper work in order, and transporting my sweet girl! It’s a testament to how much you care for these broken little souls.

We live in Prince Edward Island, Canada and recently found Anna’s Angels! They have been nothing short of amazing!! They made the adoption process so easy and were wonderful to answer questions and they were always very timely in replying!! When we decided on our furever baby Iris Jean it was a matter of days before she arrived all the way from Texas and they take so much care in transporting the dogs up, it was incredible!! I can’t recommend them enough when looking to adopt a pup!
In December of 2021 after two years of constantly mention how bad I want a dog to my boyfriend (probably irritating him a little more every time I brought it up) he finally said “you know what? Find a dog then. you said you want to rescue one right? Do your research find a rescue you like and that are good to the dogs and I’ll adopt the dog for you as a Christmas present.” I quickly came across Anna’s Angels Dog Rescue and I immediately started looking and applied for a dog I seen. A few days later I got a call from one of the volunteers stating I have been approved to adopt but the dog I did originally apply for has been adopted already… so the search began. Christmas came and went and we still hadn’t found a dog that peaked out interest or hit every mark we where looking for in a dog, until one day a post on the Facebook page was made with a few pictures of dogs saying they where available for adoption and looking for their forever home. I went threw all the pictures and 1 dog out of all them caught my eye! I decided to wait until my boyfriend got home and was gonna let him go threw the pictures and wasn’t gonna say what one I liked and if he picked the same one I did I knew it was fate. Sure enough as soon as he got home and looked threw the pictures he said “that black and white one is the only one I’m seeing that I like” I immediately messaged our chat asking more about her. They told us all her traits and what she likes to do and she literally described our dream dog!! They said that I was the first person to message about her so far so if I wanted her we could move forward with the adoption process. I immediately said yes and just like that Keota was ours!!!! She was found running loose on the streets all by herself presumably dumped by whoever had her before and was gonna be euthanized at a local shelter if she wasn’t picked up by Anna’s Angles when she was. We are grateful every single day for what Anna and her team did for our baby girl cuz without them she wouldn’t be here right now and I’m so blessed she’s in our home living her greatest life possible being spoiled and loved just like how a dog should be… because of this rescue I am now a volunteer and help other people get their forever companions and I help out with the rescue in other ways as well! thank you Anna and team for all you do and for brining our fur babies into our lives.
I had heard about Anna's angels from a close a friend of mine who had recommended that I reach out as she had recently adopted a dog from them. I did so and, well wow!. I can't even put into words the genuine care and kindness from all of the people I dealt with in the first step of the process. My friend had a call as she was one of my references and she also said how lovely she was treated. Fast forward to a call to say I had been accepted as an adopter. After just a few short minutes of chatting the lovely lady said she had a dog in mind. I looked him up and reached back out for more info, and well I was blown away. I had a lovely message about Dudley and videos and was in constant contact with Anna from the rescue keepingmeupdated. These people literally are angels to not only these pups looking for a home but to the adopters too. They are kind, caring,reassuring and most of all genuine people. I have nothing but the biggest praise and gratitude to this wonderful rescue and I would highly recommend them to any one of my friends or family and infact I have. I have my boy Dudley at home and I have these angels to thank. I am still in contact with Anna and several other from the rescuand share pictures and videos and they ALWAYS reply. That is so wonderful to know that Anna's angels not only find these babies a home but they care to see how they grow throughout life with their new families. We frequent the local dog park and I've met many of Anna's babies there, all of us sit a glow with pride as we share our stories and we ALL have nothing but respect and admiration for these selfless angels on earth. An overall great experience , the pup is all that we were told to expect and more. Great rescue to deal with , very organized and informative.
I became aware of Anna's Angels several years ago when I had to find another home for one of my dogs. Anna's found her a loving home and I stay in contact with the family to this day. All of the volunteers care about finding good homes for dogs that have been pulled from local pounds and kept them from being euthanized, others have been abandoned by their families, abused, dumped out in the middle of nowhere or saved them from being shot by someone that just doesn't want the dog anymore. They take on all types of cases even ones that involve lots of medical care. They have a heart of gold and will do anything they can to help. The volunteers have jobs and families to take care of but they still devote time to try to find good homes for each and every one of the rescues. They spend an endless amount of time getting the pups ready for transport to make sure everything goes smoothly. There is a lot of heartbreak that goes with rescuing. Unfortunately they can't save them all but they try and definitely make a difference in the lives of the dogs in our area!
We have been fostering for over a year now with Anna's and it has been so rewarding! Seeing all of the dogs and puppies they help is amazing! Anna's takes on a lot of the euthanasia list dogs or medical cases and gets them the help they need and finds the perfect homes! All of my past fosters are living their best lives! I can't tell you how much of a difference they make here in Texas where we are drowning in dogs. I found out about Anna's angels from a woman I work with who had adopted her dog through them a couple years ago and we were looking for a dog who was good with children and cats, we recently adopted our dog Mama through Anna's angels and if we decide to adopt another dog we will definitely come back to them! They are amazing to work, and let you know everything every step of the way from adoption to the transport.

After driving over an hour away from home and waiting in a parking lot for over 12 hours our baby is finally home. It was a very long wait, due to the driver having a suspended license and being stopped at the border. I’m just glad my boy is finally here.
We lost our dog last year very suddenly, and were missing him terribly. We felt ready to share our lives with another dog this year, so started the search. We wanted a rescue, but were having a hard time going through our local rescues here in Nova Scotia, as it seemed they wouldn't adopt any of their dogs to families with children under the age of 12. Only 1 out of our 3 children had reached that milestone, and I cared for other small children in my home. I found Anna's Angels Dog Rescue on Facebook while searching, and saw that they transported to Atlantic Canada. After looking over their site for a week or two, I reached out. I had a couple pups that I was interested in, and one of them was still available. I filled out my application on a Sunday night, and heard back I think that Tuesday. We were approved, and the adoption was complete by the end of the week. Our baby got on the next transport, which was the following week. It was the easiest process, and so very fast. It was like waiting for a newborn to arrive for the week after adoption! We just adored her when she arrived! So much so, that we decided she should have a sibling, so adopted a sister for her 2 1/2 months later! They are just the best girls we could have asked for! I knew that I wanted to do more to help those poor dogs without anyone to love them, so last week, we got our first foster! He's a very loving boy and gets along great with our girls and kids. With a little training, he will make a great addition to a lucky person/ family. We can't say enough about Anna's Angels. We tell everyone about them and how easy the adoption process is. Just WOW! This was our first time adopting and I will never NOT adopt a dog again! Anna’s Angels was absolutely amazing. Their care for these pups and tenacity to getting them to their forever homes is admirable and there are no words to express our gratitude! Our sweet girl was a red alert at a shelter in Texas, set to be euthanized within days! They rescued her, put her with a foster home- who was AMAZING. Daily we got videos, photos, updates, information on where her training was at. Anna’s Angels took care of all her vaccines, microchipped, and fixed. The cost to adopt was on par with what you would pay a vet here to take care of all of those things! All new owners were added to a transport chat so we could stay connected and up to date. Our baby girl was on the most challenging transport in Anna’s Angels history with so many hurdles due to changes in HOW the records had to be shown and their volunteers did everything they could to get those puppies across. People in Atlantic Canada sit on wait lists for years for breeders and rescues, Texas has SO many dogs and puppies of all breeds needing a new home that many are euthanized due to over crowded shelters. I said it already and I’ll say it again, I will never NOT adopt and I will forever be filled with love and gratitude for this amazing organization and the volunteers. They are living their true purpose ❤️
We found Anna’s angels through Facebook last year, and adopted our sweet girl. They were so amazing through the entire process. They save many of the dogs from kill shelters in Texas, dogs set to be euthanized only because of overcrowding..nothing they did wrong. So many amazing, sweet dogs just wanting to be loved and are given the lives they deserve thanks Anna’s Angels! We decided we wanted to help them so that they would be able to save more dogs, so we now foster for them and it’s amazing. They care so much about each and every dog and really take their time to make sure they are going to the best possible forever home. This past week we had a new foster come on transport to Canada, and they were given a lot of issues at the border crossing into Canada. They had to get all new certificates done up for most of the dogs that came over which was a very expensive stressful task. They handled it so well, cared for 31 puppies at the border while sorting everything out and keeping their adopters up to date and informed. I’ve seen them work so hard around the clock trying to make a difference. They are amazing people and we are forever thankful for everything they do. They truly are making a huge difference in SO many lives, human and canine.

I had a dog that was very needy (needed a person around all the time... terrified of rain/thunder... needed a kid(s)... needed a yard or a big chunk of land to run around on.. and at 80lbs, he’s a big boy) It was just a big ol’ list of neediness. I thought, no one is going to love him like I do... he’s a great dog, but he’s just so needy. (I live alone and he would be by himself 50+ hours a week... he needed a family)
Cameron at Anna’s Angels found THE PERFECT family for him in Canada. A family with 3 kids of his own and a stay at home Mom, lots of room to run... right down to the fact that it almost never rains there. Their goal is to find the perfect dog for every family... not just someone willing to take in a dog, but I’m talking the perfect fit for the dog as well as the family. I was so impressed with the whole process that I decided to foster, as well. I knew I wanted to be part of an awesome group of people that go above and beyond... every. single. time. They answer every question, even the tough ones. And they are so passionate about it. Anna’s Angels is a class act. It only takes one experience with them to realize how dedicated they truly are.
Brutus, was my Chocolate Lab, he’s livin’ like a king in Canada. (I get pictures and videos all the time, which I absolutely love) Hollie, my first little foster, is headed to Canada as I write this. I miss both of these sweethearts. But I know there is, and will be, lots of love from their new families, too. And now I’m looking forward to my next foster. : )

I am so grateful to have heard of Annas Angels - I adopted a puppy, June (then Clarabelle) from this organization in September, and I cannot say enough good things about the team that helped get June from Texas all the way to Nova Scotia.
The application process was clear and thorough, and I was able to talk with a representative in Nova Scotia and in Texas about the adoption process. I was also able to speak to June's foster and ask questions. Life has changed in the best way since June arrived, and it's all due to the volunteers that spend countless hours to give these dogs a safe haven, vet care, and find them a forever home.

I had a great experience with Anna's Angels Dog Rescue. The volunteers took the time to help us find the perfect dog for our family. My daughter was fearful of many dogs, taking that into consideration they we're able to help find OUR dog, not just A dog for us to adopt. Everything was processed in a timely and professional way. They were always prompt when answering any questions we had, and the communication was far better than I expected for transport to Canada. The exchange was well coordinated, and an indescribably wonderful experience. He was clean, and well looked after. Very impressed with the transport company they use as well. Updates and photos on their trip meant a lot too to have that reassurance that the dogs we're all safe. Our dog was exactly as his foster predicted he would be, now that he's warming up and finding his place in our family (and hearts) we couldn't be more pleased with Anna's Angels for everything they do. He was meant to be with us. He's also a much better behaved dog than I envisioned. I'm not sure if we're just extremely lucky, or he's just grateful to be in his forever home. 6/5 stars.
Anna’s was amazing at communicating from the very start. They responding within 24 hours of my application being submitted and were so helpful. We adopted Eva and we could immediately tell Anna had chosen fosters that truly cared for her. An awesome experience from start to finish.

We adopted our first dog through Annas Angel's and I would adopt through them again. Wonderful, helpful volunteers that go the extra mile to make the adoption process as smooth as possible.
Great group of ladies! Applied to a few rescue groups and didn't get a reply. I got a phone call to say I had been approved a week after I applied. The next day I had adopted the sweetest puppy. The hardest part is waiting for them to arrive, but you know that your dog is being very well taken care of and not in a shelter. The dogs are in foster homes. We were well informed every step of the way and someone was always available to answer questions. I would also like to commend the amazing ladies that drove 3700kms to bring our dogs to us. Amazing ladies! Highly recommend.

We live in an area where animals are treated like disposable inanimate objects. So many left, thrown out like trash, abandoned, neglected, and abused. This group of rescuers work tirelessly to save as many lives possible and ensure their happy future. They put every ounce of energy and most of their time into helping the forgotten animals of southeast texas. They are heroes and saviors to anything with 4 legs. Im proud to say I have had the opportunity to foster for them and watch them in action. I have learned so much and have seen countless animals saved.
My family and I had lost our fur baby and Anna and Cameron found our new fur baby angel for us then we proceeded to adopt two other fur babies from Anna and Cameron and there great organization. They have made our family hole again and have made our world so much better.
I adopted from Anna's Angels two years ago and it was a wonderful experience! Our boy Jax is a husky mix, now around 3-4 years old, and he is a well loved member of our family. Thanks Anna's Angels!

I adopted a beautiful 80lbs dog from Anna’s Angels in September 2019. He is an absolute joy. His name, Lucky, is so fitting because I am extremely lucky to have him in my life. I‘be always been timid around dogs as I got bit a few times as a child. I have never, not even once, been fearful of my pup. Anna’s Angels provides me with all the information I needed to properly care for and prepare for my pooch. I would highly recommend this non profit. It brought my baby and I together, imagine what they can do for you!

Anna’s Angels brought us together with our sweet Chief in February of 2019. The adoption process was easy and quick, unlike other rescues that often take months to even acknowledge your application. Anna’s is well organized and keeps everyone in communication during transport of the pets to be adopted.
After having our Chief for some time, we were struggling with some behavioural issues, and Anna’s was nothing but supportive and helpful.
We got our Zulu from them!! They are so very kind and helpful picking the perfect dog for me and my 2 boys. I even referred them to a friend who also adopted a dog from them.
I was looking to adopt a dog for at least 4 months. I would check every resource possible at least 3 times a day, every day. I tried to find a dog with my local spca but no luck. Four times I found a dog I liked, called, and the dog had just been adopted. So I prayed to God in August to send me the right fit dog. In October, I discovered Anna's Angels Dog Rescue on Facebook. Living in Canada, and them being in Texas, I wasn't sure if it would be possible. I would look every day. Then one night, I found my future best friend, Andy (now known as Furley). I messaged the group and heard back very quickly. I found out all the proper information about him and what to expect. It was so easy and an even easier decision to adopt him.
Furley has been with me for 7 months and has completely enhanced my life making it happier with more smiles, laughter, and fun every day. My family absolutely loves him!! He's also amazing around my dad who is 79 and great with my 2 cats. It was definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life!
The ladies at Anna's Angels Dog Rescue definitely made it easier and better to adopt from a far away place from me. They not only sent pictures and videos, but provided me with all the details about my dogs travel plans, cost, health, and actions... As my dog loves to smile and play!
I really appreciated how honest they were answering my questions and how we had real time feed about where my dog was as he travelled to meet me at the border with his furry friends. I have and always will recommend Anna's Angels Dog Rescue to people looking to adopt a beautiful rescue dog!!
I am from Prince Edward Island, Canada and we don't have an abundance of dogs to rescue. It's actually quite a great problem to have!
The few dogs that do come up for adoption are dogs that are not suitable to live with cats or kids and I have both.
My youngest son had a great phobia of dogs and would begin a screaming fit everytime one came around. I worked with him considerably but I would need a gentle dog for him.
My cat was 15 years old at the time and would not be used to having another animal in the house especially one chasing him so I really needed a dog who would ignore him.
So I started looking online and found Anna's Angels.
I was watching posts for adobtables come up and I asked many questions on different dogs which were answered quickly and expertly.
One day this scruffy happy dog with a beard came up.
She was good with kids and indifferent to cats, was house trained and walked well on leash.
My husband put in the adoption application and after we were accepted we had to wait a couple of weeks to pick her up in New Brunswick.
I had many questions before picking her up and after. Her fosters answered everyone of them with wisdom and grace and because of their knowledge the transition was very smooth.
We have had Fancy for a year on May 26th and she fit in so well with our family (3 boys and a cat) that it feels like she was always with us.
She loves her hiking partner (me), her boys and has a little extra love for her dad. Fancy loves love.
Her favourite is going to the dog park which is located in our back yard to play with her friends. (She lets me know when they are there)
Second favourite is her love of the beach and as soon as she can smell that salty air she gets excited.
Her dream is to someday catch the crow who torments her everyday.
Fancy turned out to be everything her fosters told me she was and more. The organization was upfront and truthful on every account and I recommend Anna's Angels everytime someone mentions adopting a dog.
The process was fairly easy enough and anytime we had a question (like the U.S. / Canada money exchange, the organization helped us through it.
It is evident that Anna's Angels take the time to make sure their dogs are going to loving families and that everyone is a good match.
When I was little my mom used to read me a book about stork who dropped off babies to women with no children. I used to imagine how excited those women would be.
When I was waiting at the border in New Brunswick, I felt like one of those mothers.

I got my dog Cali from Anna's angels two years ago. Anna and Cameron personally drove the dogs down near the St. Stephen border from Texas, and took excellent care of them. Adopting Cali was the best decision I ever made, and I would definitely adpot from Anna's angels in the future!
I work as a Ranger here locally for TPWD. Anna's Angels have worked with me on strays that come in our park. She adopts them for me while I foster them for a short period. Gets them good homes with follow up pics. Some sad detatchment moments as I say my goodbyes knowing they'll go to a good owner. Thanks Anna's Angels.
Being the first rescue I have ever dealt with this process was a BREEZE! They ladies behind the scenes are phenomenal at what they do, their compassion, dedication and love for dogs is evident! I knew my furbaby was in great hands until she was in my own! Communication from the rescue is quick, precise, and educated. 1 million percent will use Annas again and i always reccomend them before any other! They are intuitive with foster and parent selection, suiting the best people with the dogs they have nurtured back to health. They are professional, they know what dogs need, and they genuinely love animals! I am so grateful for this nonprofit dog rescue! Thank you for all that you do!

Our wonderful Winnie was spayed and vaccinated. Anna’s had her fostered in a beautiful home. She came to the border where Anna’s arranged to have her picked up and brought to us. Anna’s Angels were indeed Angels.

In April of last year me and my boyfriend just got settled into our new house and knew it was time to add an addition to the family, while searching all over Facebook I never imagined I would be adopting my puppy in a whole other country but when he showed up in a pet group I was in, last if his siblings to be adopted, it was meant to be. We put in an application and they were so amazing throughout the whole thing. Everything was so quick and smooth and 2 weeks later we had our amazing and healthy 4 month old Puppy Rocky ❤️
I adopted my Yorkie from Anna‘s Angel’s in May 2018. I was very sceptical adopting an unseen animal from so far away. I am in Nova Scotia Canada. I remember asking what if I receive a Great Dane instead of a Yorkshire Terrior. The lady (Cameron) thought this was the funniest thing she ever heard and assured me I would get the dog in the picture. I took the chance and I am so glad that I did it. Anna Angles were respectful, honest, professional and my experience with them was second to none. I remember the day the rescue vehicle arrived and we were all waiting for our pups. Tears of joy were everywhere (both for the people waiting for the pups arriving and the dogs themselves). I have since referred two friends who have successfully received loving dogs. I cannot say enough about this Awesome not for profit
This recuse is dog great! We aborted our Molly from them! Great people! They are So helpful! Great at giving all the information and keeping all the pups happy and taken care of until they find their forever homes! I will be adopting from Anna’s again!
The time, patience and endless hours they put into saving the dogs that others have given up on. These dogs go to wondergul fosters. When they come to their fur-ever homes...they are so kind, loving. We adopted our first pup over a year ago and because of this wonderful group of people....we have adopted another. I highly recommend Anna's Angels.
My family and I connected with Anna’s Angels as my best friend got her baby from Anna last summer. Days before we were supposed to get our male puppy, COVID hit. Fast forward almost 3 months and in 4 sleeps, we will finally be getting our baby boy and an additional female as well. Every step of the way, the foster parents have been in contact with us and sending us weekly pictures. I have been in contact with Anna directly and she’s always so honest and forthcoming. I will only use Anna’s Angels from here on in and will always recommend them to other.
Originally, my husband and I had applied to adopt a puppy, which had been adopted. But Anna was on the ball with helping us choose the right puppy for us. We cant imagine our lives without him. The process was head ache free. Any question we had was answered fast. The volunteers were amazing. The transport company Annas Angel's uses was amazing. Always kept us updated. Our puppy is happy, healthy and above all, loved in our home. We will definitely be looking at adopting a second Anna's angel within the next few months.
These ladies are amazing. The work they do is never ending and they dont give up on any dog no matter the situation

Anna's angel helped save our boy, Polo, from the streets and gave us the chance to give him a fresh start all the way in New Brunswick, Canada. They fostered him until they were able to transport him to Canada and he has had the best life since. We cannot thank Anna's team enough for all they do for their animals.

We adopted our first angel last year!! Since then we decided to foster and help this amazing rescue group any way we can!! Now just recently we’ve adopted another angel and still fostering! This is an amazing rescue group and we as a family are very proud and honoured to be apart of it! This was my first time adopting a dog through this organization and all I can say is, it was an awesome experience. They are very well organized you can see that all the dogs are well taken care of. They do work a lot with them. If you’re searching for the perfect fur baby, I highly recommend adopting one through Anna’s Angels.
We are happy that we found jennie through Anna's angels she 's a very loving dog. A little frisky by times but keeps us entertained. We brought her home in August and she has been doing great with being trained. I would recommend Anna's Angel's and the foster parents ,they were very helpful with the adoption process.
They go above and beyond any expectation. They rescued my baby Reg who ended up rescuing me when I didn’t even know I needed to be.

We have two loving amazing dogs through Anna's Angels! I couldn't have asked for better dogs or for a better experience with a rescue. They were with us every single step of the way no matter how annoying I might have been in my own excitement. I was put in touch directly with who was fostering the doggies before they came up to Canada to stay with us and all of my questions were always answered. You'll never find a kinder group of people who are more passionate about the dogs they save than the volunteers with Anna's.

We got our dog Mia (was Tammy) from Anna's Angels and we couldn't be happier! They were very helpful in helping us choose the right dog for our family. Anna and her volunteers kept us updated throughout the process and always answered any questions we had and sent lots of pictures to us before we got her. They are all so friendly and work hard helping these pups get adopted and take such good care of them. Mia was very healthy when she arrived. I would definitely adopt through them again!
